🔞 What is the minimum age to rent an e-scooter? You need to be at least 18 years old to rent and ride any of our electric scooters. No exceptions.
📄 What documents do we require? No driver’s license is required to rent an e-scooter. All we need is a valid ID (passport or national ID card). Just send us a clear photo via WhatsApp or email — we don’t need the original.

📦 How does delivery and pick-up work? Once your rental is confirmed, just drop us your location pin via WhatsApp. We’ll deliver the e-scooter right to your door — hotel, Airbnb, café, you name it. When your rental ends, we’ll come pick it up from the same place (unless you tell us otherwise).

📍Can I return the e-scooter to a different spot? Yes — as long as it’s still within Playa del Carmen. Just let us know ahead of time so we can arrange the pickup. We’re flexible, but we need a heads-up.

Just give us at least 12 hours’ notice before your rental ends (during business hours: 8AM–8PM), and we’ll do our best to extend your rental. If your current model isn’t available, we’ll usually have a similar one ready for you.
💸 Can I return the scooter early and get a refund? Yes — we’ll gladly refund any unused days, as long as you give us 72 hours’ notice. This gives us a fair shot at offering the e-bike to another rider.
❌ Can I cancel my booking? Totally! Cancellations are free — just let us know at least 3 hours before your scheduled delivery so we don’t lose time and resources prepping your ride.

🔑 What happens if I lose the equipment? Lost items — such as the helmet, charger, or Kryptonite lock — will be replaced at your expense. The replacement cost will be deducted from your deposit. Always double-check your surroundings before leaving any location.
🛠️ What if the e-scooter gets damaged or stolen? Our rentals don’t include insurance by default, but you can add optional coverage for theft and damage during your rental period. If you choose not to, you’re responsible for any repair or replacement costs. With coverage, you won’t pay extra unless the damage results from negligence — for example, leaving the scooter unlocked overnight.
📸 How do you know if damage occurred during my rental? We take detailed photos and videos of the scooter before delivery. You’re welcome to do the same. If any damage is found upon return that wasn’t documented before the rental, it will be considered your responsibility.
